You'll receive an immediate response from our Trouble Ticket System with confirmation that a ticket has been opened and you'll be contacted shortly for a followup.

If you have lost your license information please send us an email from exactly the same email with the correct User, Company and Serial number and we'll send you back the same license.
If you reinstall the computer you may need a new license: we'll issue you a new one for the same version of the program for one time free of charge.
